Requirements for being an atheist?

I think I have a good list of requirements to set apart true Atheists from theists claiming to be atheists:

1. Absolute belief in evolution without question.
2. Has to laugh at all anti-religious jokes.
3. Has to have views that are 99.99% compatible with Richard Dawkins.
4. Has to read "The God Delusion" and agree with it entirely.
5. Should be well versed in "The God Delusion".
6. Has to read "On the Origin of Species" and agree with it entirely.
7. Should be well versed in "On the Origin of Species".
8. Has to have left leaning, socialist political views.
9. Should lie instead of admitting ignorance when in debate with a theist. (eg. creationist asks how old earth is exactly, you give them an exact date).
10. Should encourage the breaking of the 10 commandments.
11. Needs to have sex before marriage.
12. Can never enter a church unless they are there to mock it.
13. Should agree with Satan over God.
14. Should convince everyone they know that anyone who is Christian is crazy. If repeated enough, it will become objective fact.
15. When it comes to Islam and Christianity, Christianity is worse.
16. Should look on any Christian symbols with disgust and hatred.
17. Should view Madalyn Murray O'Hair as an infallible martyr and spread the story that she was killed by fundementalist Christians.

Are these a good list of requirements to be an Atheist? What are your opinions on this?

I would go with don't know or care to know Christ.
